The more I look at the promotional picture of Black Pegasus, the more I realized that he doesn’t even have that look of any Saint Seiya character.

In addition to face sculpt, how about the arms? Aren’t they supposed to be covered in blue clothing? No one at Toei Animation Studio say anything about it?

See the arms are covered in blue? These two figures costs only 3,150 yen and they look way better than those Myth Cloth you’re going to release next year. Any reason we should pay 10,500 yen for something that’s not even close to show-accurate?

People are paying money for these figures, especially when they don’t come very cheap. So, just a humble advice from the Saint Seiya community:

“FIX IT!!!”

Last note to Bandai: We complain because we care.

This morning I received a mystery package from Kids Logic (Hong Kong)… So what’s inside?

Some Dragon Shiryu postcards? Or stacks of postcards? Marketing materials?

O well, it must be the figure. But it’s totally covered up in bubble wrap…

Plastic unwrapped. Just like most PVC packaging, you get to see the figure through the big window on the front. You can just display it in MISB. Btw, the box is very nice, especially the matte coating.

Pegasus Seiya ~Broken Version~

As expected, the parcel came in this afternoon. I was so excited until I decided to skip my lunch hours, waiting for the delivery.

Here you go, the Pegasus Seiya ~Broken Version~ that costs me a bomb. The picture on the right shows you the Saint Cloth Chronicle World Mook and its exclusive Myth Cloth release.

The one standing on top is the Asia issue, and the one in the cardboard box is the so-called the limited Japan issue. The Japan issue comes with gold TOEI sticker with number 24 on the top right hand corner.

This new addition means the hunting for Japan exclusives is now down to 2 – Grand Pope Sion (the first campaign), Saori Kido (the last campaign).

Starting from the left:

• 1st column: Appendix Gemini Saga ~Original Color Edition~ (top), Pegasus Seiya Genealogical Gold (bottom)

All of the aboves are Japan issue of exclusive releases, except Pegasus Seiya Genealogical Gold, which is just a regular release, but rather special compared to other regular releases. What’s missing from the picture is the Hades Shun (3rd campaign exclusive), which I bought without cardboard box. So, I decided to leave him out of the picture for the time being. I welcome anyone who wanna give away his cardboard box for Hades Shun.

So, why am I so obsessed into Japan issues? Hmm… I think I will answer this question in separate post: Japan vs Asia issues. Hopefully by the end of the week. So, Stay tune.
