Oh well, sad enough that now the blog has probably come to an end. At least for time being, until further notice.

Three Main Reasons

1. As you all know that I’m now on full-time basis running small toy business here in Singapore. The business has slowly picked up over a year time. Now, I have to dedicate a lot more time into it.

2. Many will probably think that updating this blog seems like as easy as copying and pasting from source. It’s indeed true in a way, but you need to dedicate a big chunk of hours to watch all these sources all the time. That’s the most time-consuming part of all. With limited time I have now, it’s very difficult to be ahead in bringing latest updates.

3. Given the fact that Bandai is now active in providing first-hand information themselves through their facebook page, I feel that the role of this blog has become less and less relevant.

So, What’s Next?

1. This blog will put on rest indefinitely. All latest update will go to Saint Cloth Myth facebook page for now. I will post quick update and links there.

2. Once my business has settled at a good pace, I will launch a new project. It shares the same mission as this blog. But it’ll be more than just a toy blog. It will cover all kind of toy-related news. It will have more features, more contents and interactivity. The hope is to make it a profitable company, so those who contributes can get rewarded for their effort. So, I need volunteers and contributors to kick off the project soon. Bandai began with how they improve the female body type, from the earliest Pandora to Polaris Hilda, before finalizing Shaina, which released last month.

Then, Bandai explains about the release of Saint Cloth Myth APPENDIX Lizard Misty (PVC figure / fixed) as a new development to this product line. More development is being made to Lizard Misty Appendix and we should expect few face sculpts to come with.

The last part of the sentence explains that these items of PVC figures (fixed figures) may be born as a new category.

So, now we have 4 product lines for Saint Seiya series alone:
1. Saint Cloth Crown => 12-inch action figures
2. Saint Cloth Myth EX => improved 18-cm action figures
3. Saint Cloth Myth => 18-cm action figures
4. Saint Cloth Myth APPENDIX => full-body PVC figures (fixed) with accessories and gimmicks

Megahouse had tried it once with PVC figures of Seiya, Shiryu and Saori, but failed horribly. Probably the sculpt quality was not up to standard.

So, PVC figures for all characters again. Anyone buying it?
